Our desire is to see kids connect with other kids in the church. We have a lot of opportunities that are listed here to help.

Cost $309 - Special Early Bird price $259 if registration form & $100 deposit are received on or before May 20.Registrations received after May 20 are subject to space availability. Any remaining balance is due no later than June 3.

- Meet n’ Greet

Come join us for our next information meeting on Sunday, March 11 at 5:30pm in Room 19 and find out how you can get involved in Children’s Ministries on Wednesdays and Sundays. This Meet n’ Greet is for anyone in Jr. high and above that would like to be part of the team. You don’t need to be a professional educator or have teaching experience to be part of these opportunities. Food will be served, no RSVP necessary. We hope to see you there!

HOW TO GET INVOLVED IN CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Visalia First Assembly has the best volunteers.
Every ministry for kids uses volunteers to
assist in the classrooms.
They are the strength of the ministry and we appreciate
them so much.
What you need to know about volunteering.
Volunteers must go through a screening process which includes the following:
-- Volunteer Ministry Application-- Criminal background check-- Observing in a classroom.1. There are various opportunities available for individuals (jr-hi - adult)
2. You don't need to be a professional teacher or have prior teaching experience.
We will help you to develop in the ministry you feel called for.
Please don't feel you must first have a Bible degree before you can be involved.
You do not need a degree in early childhood development or
elementary education to be a great leader in Children's Ministry.
You do need a heart to love kids with the love of Jesus, and be willing to be used by Him
You can successfully minister to children with a minimal time commitment.
We have many ways that you can minister to children in a time frame that will work for you!3. You will not be alone.
You will be supported in your ministry through the Children's Ministry staff and leadership team. We will never put you in a situation or classroom where you do not feel comfortable.
